BKD Academy partnered with SDF, YEAC Siem Reap, and local authorities to deliver structured training to 300 informal-economy workers in tourism. 150 street food vendors learned hygiene and food safety, and 150 tuk-tuk drivers learned hospitality and basic English. H.E. Ngov Seng Kak presided over the certificate ceremony.
